Matched to O6 Diamond in Jan 2016. Booking a SQ ticket via OTA and have my O6 FFP number properly registered with OTA and SQ. However, elite status was not shown on SQ system. Called SQ's customer service and the officer confirmed that my FFP number is properly entered but the system shows that I am a classic card holder(!). She asked me to check again when check-in.

Just completed online check-in. Still no benefits for Gold status... Plastic card not yet received...

Any clue?....
