I transitioned without issue from silver to GOLD (yay!) on a recent OSL-SYD trip but my partner,who should have reached bronze upon arrival in SYD and then silver when back at OSL, is still steadfastly showing as blue despite her TP's and Avios having been credited.

Any ideas short of ringing BAEC?
