Well at least UA is admitting that the company hasn't a clue as to what it's doing, and likewise had no idea that merging two airlines was going to be so difficult.

I understand that Theresa Wise (of NW and then DL) is retiring; maybe UA can hire her to get that C:/DOS stuff working for them.
