More details for diagnosis by the BA App team (if listening!):

- the problems I noted in the original post were observed on my iPad, running the latest App version 5.18.2.

- my iPhone, which is still running an older App version 5.17.45, shows the correct Avios and TPs (including those from my recent flight) and reports "Gold Achieved".

I'll update the App on my iPhone and see what happens next...
