Hit Gold (yahoo!) - but also triggers IT anomalies

Tier points from a flight 5 days ago finally took me to Gold (first time ever - and quite likely the only time ever!). But various IT anomalies now noted:

a. Avios and TPs only just registered today, 4 days after the flight completed. Not unprecedented, I'm sure, but surprising when all my other flights register on my account 1-2 days after completion (and invariably well within the 72 hours that BA advise may be necessary). Is this delay connected with passing a tier threshold?

b. The website (ba.com) now shows me on the correct number of TPs (1580, including 140 from my latest flight). I'm still listed as "Silver", but "Progress to the next tier" says "You have achieved Gold membership". Doubtless this will resolve in the next few days.

c. Curiously, the BA app (when refreshed) shows me still on 1,440 Tier points (so, not including the latest flight, although that flight HAS now appeared correctly under "Recent transactions"). But even odder, when I scroll down to examine "Progress to Gold", the App now shows me on 1439 TPs (i.e. instead of adding 140 TPs, it subtracted precisely 1 TP) and "60 more needed". My lifetime tier points are stuck on the old value (so 140 short of what they should now be).

Some bugs in the app, methinks.
