Law (leading to a BCL/LLB) is considered an undergrad program at many universities in Canada (although iirc McGill is now the only one that hasn't switched to the JD), just as medicine (leading to an MD) is considered an undergrad program. It's a funny distinction
But -- I remember reading on his blog that he's a law student at UBC. I might be thinking of someone else though.
