One small correction. The drivers have been legislated back to work, subject to the previous collective agreement.

The legislation provides the bargaining unit and management with a time frame within which to resolve the outstanding issues of part-time drivers and contracting out. Failing this, the matter will go back to mediation, and if that is unsuccessful, to arbitration.
