Then by all means, they're welcome to end the $200 airline credit and change the annual fee to $250. Until that happens, the annual fee of the card is $450. The Citi Prestige card (the one with AC access and Priority Pass) has the same $450 annual fee with a $250 credit benefit so it's not exclusive to Amex.
