Niagara Falls

Any good recs on things to do in Niagra Falls, Ontario. I'm thinking Maid-of-the-Mist, IMAX theater, Niagra-on-the-Lake. What elese is not to be missed? Any good wineries? Shopping?

Going next saturday to monday.
