Ah yes, the classic "it'll be fixed in the next release". I hope you're right, but I've been in the software business long enough that I'll believe it when I see it and not a minute before. And to WestJet's detriment, the longer they take to acknowledge and implement any fixes, the more potential customers they're losing.
