I disagree. The purpose was not to solicit information about travel to Africa, but rather to share an anecdote that could just as easily apply to a Cambodian applying for a Lebanese visa. The mere fact that it was South Africa should not immediately mean that it should be compartmentalized there.

I am a firm believer in using the regional fora whenever I have something regionally specific to contribute, but this was not the case here. Hence, I used TravelBuzz.
