Religious information

Many travellers the fulfilment of their spiritual needs/obligations play a part in their travel planning.

For instance, as an observant catholic I try to go to mass on my trips, but find it difficult to get information about churches, nmass times, etc. at airports new cities. I can imagine that there may be more FTers in the same boat. The IHT has a half a page of info on Saturdays for baptists, and there is a frequernt contributor on the LH and *A boards (zrs70) who list his occupation as rabbi, so religion and travel definitely go together for many denominations.

At present I can not find an appropriate thread in the Travel forum, except maybe OMNI, where it gets lost completely. On the other hand there are fora without much traffic (Timeshare; Dining in Oceania, etc.) Would it be feasible to introduce athread dealing with the subject, or am I alone with my views ?
