Infant Booking
I was just trying to add an infant (5mo old) to a reservation at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and was informed by the agent that it would require an additional 10,000 points to add them to the reservation, essentially the same cost as an additional adult.
Can someone please confirm that infants are charged for award stays but NOT for paid stays?
Needless to stay I was taken back by this policy.
Is this the same across all Hyatt all-inclusive properties?
