YYZ has separate areas for domestic, US ("transborder"), and International departures. If you are flying to LHR from YYZ, you are not in the domestic lounge area and E35K has NO access to International MLL (i.e., YYZ International zone boarding for LHR) or indeed LHR MLL coming back.
