We have an upcoming trip to Spain, will be staying in Madrid, Avila, Leon, San Sebastian.

Have been to Madrid previously, and have our own tour guide there -- the Spanish woman who was an exchange student in our house 17 & 15 years ago.

So, looking for restaurant recommendations in Avila, Leon, Bilbao and San Sebastian.

In particular, would love a recommendation for a really great restaurant in the San Sebastian area for a splurge. I know there are a number of Michelin restaurants in the area, and we'd like to splurge with a great restaurant before we head home. Others' experience would be quite helpful in that regard.
