However, IIRC, SNAs are nontransferable: to use them, their owner myst be staying. I hope the OP doesn't plan to go along to Paris on his/her daughter's honeymoon and stay at the same hotel as the newlyweds.

Suite Night Awards (SNA's) are an entirely automated suite upgrade award process and the system is fully in charge of approving or denying these award requests.
We would suggest you add a remark in the reservation that the hotel can take note about your special event and take care of you even if the SNA does not go through.

Hi - thank you. I meant should I email to ask to get a room with a good view. I don't want to get upgraded into a suite that's on the inside and I don't get the great view of the Eiffel Tower and the rest of Paris. I saw there was a suite with a small balcony that would be great (don't know which one that was though)
