A rule (even if I disagree with it) is a rule. However her, and her colleague's behavior was absolutely obnoxious and unprofessional. Myself and a few other weary travelers with nothing better to do have all fired off letters to UA.

Friendly!
Was surprised last Wednesday in the same club to not see any such thing; arrived on one of the <4 hour redeyes that arrive around 4:15am with a connection later in the morning out of F. Couple people caught a slight nap but were not bothered. It was pleasantly surprising--they were not bothering anyone. I just hope they awoke in time for their connection.
