Things must have changed, but during my college years in Bloomsbury, the pubs closest to Euston St. were sort of ghetto hardcore due to the proximity of King's Cross. Tough blokes, whom you'd not want to argue with, nursing their pints

At least then, I'd much rather head south of Euston Road into studentland and the rather more welcoming gastro type pubs there. Shouldn't be too hard to find F1 tuned on the telly.

As for names at least these two have screens: The Friend at Hand (at Russel Square tube), Rising Sun (further away close to Centre Point)l
