Milage accrual is pretty .... on AC/LH/UA. I highly doubt you'll be able to get more than 50% for under 1000 Euros. With TK I'd for instance target L fares on UA, but that won't work on OZ.

In any case, route through SFO for max accrual. DUS or BRU could be an option for your start.
