There are dozens and dozens of flights between SGN->HAN each day, quite a few leaving after 9:00pm. You have your choice of three carriers: JetStar Pacific, Vietnam Airlines or VietJet Air
In 6 years of flying this route for business I've never had a cancellation or a serious delay (on Vietnam Air)
