Feel at Home speeds are OK. I'm in CPH right now and happily using it to downloads maps etc. Streaming video might be a push but it is perfectly serviceable for light to medium use.

My biggest beef with 3 is the woeful speeds when you buy an Internet pass in an EU country that isn't feel at home. Pretty much unusable for any things.
