At the right time of year, you can see cherry blossoms at NRT during takeoff and landing. I suspect that there are some in the vicinity of Narita Village.
Another idea would be to take the Narita Express Train to Tokyo Station and walk in the direction of the Imperial Palace. I'm pretty sure there are cherry trees there (you don't need to pay to enter the palace to see them, but it could be a nice time to see the palace if it isn't too crowded and you haven't yet done this in Tokyo), plus a few more around Hibya Park. It should be north exit from the station and straight ahead a couple blocks until you see the water ("moat") for the palace, although I think the entrance is a bit toward the left. Going further to the left along the street that runs along the moat will take you to Hibya Park, which then is on the right hand side of the street as you're walking in that direction.
