I don't think that's possible yet. That would require two annual fees (since you originally got Silver) to come up, one for the Silver and then one for the Red a year later, but that would require it to be two years since you got the Silver, which is impossible, because the Aviator cards didn't exist yet two years ago (they're barely more than one year old!).
