UA kind of brought it on themselves unfortunately. I was at SFO waiting at the passenger service desk and an over-entitled 1K barked that they should be served first. (A number of UA rebooking and customer service lines have dedicated queues for this). The Service Director/PCE employee (I don't think UA uses this term anymore) put the DYKWIA back in her place, especially at somewhere like SFO where a sizable proportion of the people passing through are UGS.
