I'd be very surprised if this is a legal connection at IST. I'd put odds of making it at <10%. Also, TK won't sell it as a valid connection so roughly zero chance of getting it ticketed as a single trip. Fly down to IST the night before if you really want the IST-ORD flight.

Sure, but that could still be days later depending on what availability looks like. And TK is not known to be particularly functional when it comes to IROPS or other travel interruptions.
