Until the ticket is issued, SAS will not see the changes. Once you get the ticket by email, call and ask for the SAS PNR for your flight. Then when you talk to SAS you can give them the PNR or, failing that, the ticket number.

I would wait 24 hours and follow up tomorrow (friday) to see what is happening if it still has not been ticketed by then.
