Is it possible your itinerary is in queue to be ticketed because of the changes. I would check on Air Canada manage my booking to see if a ticket number is attached to the PNR or you can call Aeroplan and get your PNR for SAS. If there is no ticket number attached, I would call back and have them expedite the process. This happened to me before, took 2 days before my ticket number appeared on my PNR. When I finally callled in, agent stated ticketing department had a huge backlog, but she contacted them and got me ticketed right away.
If the e-mail has no ticket number, it clearly is that the ticket has not (yet?) been reissued.
