Well since you are already on LastPass, there is an easy answer. You will see there is something called "Secure Notes" In there you create a list of the relevant PINs, when you need to remember it just open LP and check the list. Like everything else it is encrypted and securely synced across all your devices, eg:

3542 Bank ATM 1
8854 Bank card 2
4697 Office door
4386 Car park barrier
5548 Office safe
9870 Cold beer safe in fridge ... etc
