Trying to figure this out too. Bought 4 gift cards yesterday and 4 gift cards last week, but unable to use a CC to pay, I had to use PayPal Credit. Still ok if there's a good margin on the card, but not particularly useful for mileage accumulation.
I just keep getting errors when trying to checkout with a CC through PayPal, and then regular credit card use us not accepted.
