SAS cannot find my Aeroplan booking!
After a frustrating 1hr. 20 mins waiting for the call centre today, finally got my award flts. changed.
Then when I called SAS to book specific seats, was told they could not look me up by my name, only by Eticket number, or RL.!
Neither of these things exist on the Aeroplan Email, only their own Booking Reference number, which of course means nothing to SAS.
I have been making these bookings for years, and always called the airlines to get the RL specific to them. Never got it from AE.
What to do now?? Anybody else get this nonsense?
