I am not on the 767-300 much--but I wouldn't take this repeatedly without an upgrade in service when there are other options that price the same/equivalent.
I flew the 763 last week MIA-SFO, which was a 6h+ flight. The lack of WiFi is quite frustrating.
That said, I think JDiver has made it clear that the 763s won't get WiFi and that is what it is. You have to trade-off that flat-bed seat on such a long flight, to the lack of WiFi. On a red-eye that would be a no-brainer, but for a daytime flight it's actually a tough choice.
