If I am Gold and book as Gold, and then later make Plat, is my 500-mile upgrade priority shifted to Plat automatically? If not, and I call in, is my original booking date preserved on a priority list when I'm marked as a new Plat?
Last year I went from PLT to EXP and I bothered the Twitter team a bit to be sure my reservations updated. They said it was automatic now, but won't hurt to make sure the update reflects. As far as I know, request date still stays the same.
