Gosh. I'm sure this is covered somewhere else, but not sure where to find it:

If I am Gold and book as Gold, and then later make Plat, is my 500-mile upgrade priority shifted to Plat automatically? If not, and I call in, is my original booking date preserved on a priority list when I'm marked as a new Plat?
