So I finally got the stars to align- award available on both outbound and return, showing on both BAEC and Asia Miles systems for standard awards (so it *is* OW standard availability), called in to MPC to be flat out told that the return isn't available.

Am I being given the run-around here? HUACAed but only getting through to the Philippines callcentre.
