I'm booked BRU-LHR BA389 Fri 25 Mar, which BA has cancelled. They have sent an email and SMS offering to rebook/reroute or refund; website also offers this (see
https://www.britishairways.com/trave...n?p_faqid=4943 ) However the refund link in 'Manage My Booking' does not work and the call centre totally refuses to refund my flight - or even to transfer my call to a manager; in the end they hung up on me. Any others had this experience? Any advice on how to deal with this outrageously bad service?
