You can earn miles in Austrian's Miles & More programme (shared with the other Lufthansa group airlines).
If you wanted to earn Flying Blue miles, then you should have bought your tickets directly from Air France.
It doesn't seem likely that the ticket was offered more cheaply by OS than it was by AF - is that the reason you chose to buy this ticket in the manner that you did?

No. The only way you can now obtain an AF ticket issued on AF ticket stock is to abandon your existing ticket, and buy a new one from Air France (or any agent that will issue it on 057/074 stock)
