There are three versions:

Blue Cash
Blue Cash Everyday
Blue Cash Preferred

American Express customer service can tell you which card you have if there is any doubt, but bear in mind that if you have Blue Cash there is no 5% earning until you have spent $6,500 in each 12 month cycle.
