I've been booking a bunch of 1 night C+P stays at the HR North Dallas. 2,500 points + $50. A few nights I've booked at a Costco rate of about $71.

If I hit the 25 nights, I'm earning 3k a night from the promo, which is offsetting the 2,500 and earning me a further 500 points. 1k Diamond amenity, ~325-350 points for the stay including the Diamond 30% bonus.

So each night will earn roughly ~1,800 points with a cash copay of $50, which I will pay with gift cards I have bought at roughly a 15% discount. Anytime I can get rates under $80, I will just pay cash.

If I did all 25 nights on C+P, I would earn around 45k points and it would cost me $1,250 (more like $1,050 after the discounted gift cards)
