I'd appreciate suggestions for a European-based mail forwarding service (virtual EU address and forwarding of letters\parcels to outside of the EU).

Also, could members here please clarify: if a parcel is sent between EU countries, is there a customs declaration stamped on the parcel? or does this happen when shipping to outside of the EU?
