IIRC you can access the (few) AS lounges with the PP card, regardless of whether you're flying AS or not. In a couple other airports, there are PP lounges that could be useful if you can't get into a SC with the Plat card.
That's what I was thinking...AS Board Rooms are pretty decent and the PP lounge list seems to cover every airport I typically frequent except Chengdu in China.
