As we are talking about AA here, there are not tens of thousands of award seats on AA and their partners flights every day. There are barely any award seats on any given flight on any specific day. For the one or two people who admit here on FT to hoarding awards they will never use there are hundreds doing the same thing who don't talk about it here.
