Friend transferred Amex MR to my ANA account but fail
Did anyone have the experience that transferring the Amex MR to other
(the Amex account is not mine,I'm also not an AU..)
but my account didn't receive any point till today (transfer day was 3/18) and the Amex account still doesn't receive any point back!( today is 5th day)
Should I call to the ANA or Amex...or the point will just disappear.....
