BA says the record is correct at their end, but there's an IT problem with AA. AA says even if BA changed it, AA's system won't show the change. AA also recommended arriving at the airport 2.5 hours before the flight (their normal 2 plus 30 minutes), which seems excessive (J and PLT).
We'll need to talk to an agent, not a kiosk.
Very annoying, including for the return flights.
