Had a very bad experience there:
Room was not ready, when checking in after 4pm, no indication was given, when the room could be ready. The promised call never happened, so we asked again and could finally move into our room at 5:30.

When checking our room when leaving, we found cat droppings under the bed, unbelievable and what could have happened if our child would have found them earlier!

One day after checking out, we received an updated bill, eith a charge we never agreed on or we were even told about!

So far no reaction at all from the hotel about it!
