Please don't tell me. I've been living with this nightmare the past few years. GMT -4:30? C'mon who uses that? So so weird time zone, everyone is different than us and apart from all the changes he made to the country's name and symbols, this was one- one of the most bothersome changes we still carry to date - (apart from the blown up economy). *Cough*
