I usually take 11A or 12A when flying on a 77G. The main galley where all the food is being prepared is at the back (in between the large and smaller J cabin). The crew primarily use the front mini galley to prepare drinks only. That means the front of the cabin is usually the quiet end. If you notice, the front mini galley on 77H/77G is on the K side making the A side ideal (less foot traffic and noise) hence my preferred seat is 11A or 12A. Being at the front, you will get served first so you can max out your time for rest/work, etc.
The front lavatories will still have the same finishes as on a 77H.
Hope this helps.
