Yes, it's in Daly City, immediately south of the San Francisco City limits. If you take either I-280 or State Highway 1 as you leave the City (southbound), you go right by it.

To get to SFO from Serramonte, get back on 280 South - a couple ox exits down, take 380 (only one direction possible) to 101 South, and you're right at the entrance to the airport.
