no, they haven't. That's my point if you read the message. same flight with other onward routing have the usual (and publicised) increment for the connecting flights from YGK.

eg: fly RTN from YGK to PGX = $1600. YYZ-PGX = $800. YGY-YYZ = $500. YGK to LHR essentially same price as YYZ-LHR on same dates.

anyway, only point is clearly an error, despite the partronising reply. Has happened many times before and gets fixed eventually.
