LCY problems this morning
Boarding at LCY (to AMS) this morning was very slow. Despite starting early (before T-25 mins) people are still straggling onboard at T+4. Gate agent apologised and said their system had frozen.
Now the turnaround manager is having to count and check passengers manually.
Altéa may be a proven system but BA's front end add-on isn't.
