Well, for an EU-based, I don't see any good promos which used to be good at CC and kept me booking, but now for a long time nothing good. Just some tiny bonus points occasionally.

While Radissons in EU are generally very good, I would like to use the program. But it seems the program is good only for Americans and Asians with all promos and signup bonuses concentrating there and then redeeming those points in better hotels in EU.

I did not qualify last year due to absence of promos and I skipped over to Hilton and IHG. Let's see how it goes this year...
